A great place with professional equipment for building your figure or unwinding with weights after a hard day. There's a sauna and posing room available. There's also a separate cardio area. The staff is courteous and always smiles.
It's a great gym because it's new, so there's brand new, clean equipment, and a pretty intimate atmosphere. The only thing is, in my opinion, it's a bit small; there's only one entryway and not many barbells available. I also only saw one barbell roll, which is useful. There are plenty of machines I'm familiar with, but in slightly different versions, so I have to learn how to use them, although it's generally not a problem. It's nice that there's a place to lie down on a mat (which is available). Overall, the layout is quite smart in a small space. I just miss a nice place to do hip flexes, but that can be figured out. The staff is friendly, no complaints. The biggest plus for me is the location; it's close to my house, so I'm more inclined to go there. And finally, a gym at the ZWM. I live close by, so I'll go no matter what.
Nowiutka siłownia, świetnie wyposażona w solidny konkretny sprzęt do ciężkiego treningu, którego często brakuje w innych siłowniach.
Sunday: open 24 hours. It is closed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Hours come from the gym's Google listing and can change on public holidays.
Beast Gym holds 4.7 out of 5 across 41 Google reviews. Read a few of them rather than the average alone, since a single score hides whether people are praising the equipment or the staff.
