Great locally owned gym that has everything you need for a complete workout. The owner George and his staff care about your experience here - a welcoming place for all with a variety of well maintained equipment to choose from + a super clean facility (sterilized wipes provided) and that people actually use! I highly recommend this gym.
I have been to alot of gyms, and I feel like in my experience the people at the desk are just trying to upsell me, David was totally different not only was he very friendly but he helped me pick the membership that not only fit my goals but also worked best for me financially. Customer service was above and beyond, it's my first day and I already feel at home
I truly enjoy working out at Hollywood Fitness and particularly appreciate how well-maintained and clean the facility is kept. I always have a positive experience during my visits. Additionally, I would like to commend Marshal for his excellent customer service. He is consistently friendly and remains incredibly helpful whenever I have questions or require assistance.
Came to Hollywood Fitness to check out the gym. Marshall was very professional and informative about the gym history, equipment. The atmosphere was great. Machines were well kept. Gym was extremely clean. You should check this location out.10 stars
I really enjoyed my time at this gym. However, when I called to cancel I explained I had to move unexpectedly because my neighbor shot a hole through their apartment and they still charged me an additional 30 days even though I would not be able to use the membership. I called to cancel, they sent me an email. I emailed the link in the attachment like it said and it came back an invalid email so I emailed the email that emailed me and didn't get a response. I waited a few days and then drove out of my way to go in person to cancel, where it was finally taken care of. Will probably not join this gym if I am ever in the area again.
