I do NOT recommend going here. Awful experience with contracts. They try to charge you even after your supposed contract is over. The staff doesn’t help you at all with exercises. They will try to rip your credit apart. If you want to move they charge the month twice. Do NOT go here.

The parent company HCOA is a scam. When you move to another city they will charge you extra month in order to close the account. When you explain the situation to them and refuse to pay they will send you lots of spam in email and call you to threaten with collections. I reported this to my credit card company and was reimbursed right away by them but that doesn't stop HCOA fighting with you for the un-paid $32.34. In the end I probably will be forced to pay for services not received but if my experience makes you to choose another gym I think we can call it even with HCOA since it is much bigger loss for them than for me over a principle.

I am still waiting on a refund for monies collected after we cancelled with the gym. It has been 3 month and several calls and promises of refund. I was told that the account would be credited. I explained the account was closed to please submit a check - I am still waiting. Be careful!
