This club has such a feel good vibe... there is no negativity or any egos.. people from all ages kids through to adults all train hard and make it a friendly environment. You can train to get fit and be under no pressure...

Excellent excercise for all ages . Private lessons. Group sessions. Junior and adult classes. Pay as you train so your not tied up financially . You can train for fitness or for competing .

Had my first lesson today, really enjoyed it great for anyone at any fitness level as Ron has you go at your own pace.
