I'm really happy with D Gym. The gym is very clean, and the equipments are spread out in a spacious area, making it feel airy. The changing rooms and showers are constantly cleaned by the staff. The instructors are attentive and immediately helpful if needed. Some of the exercise equipments are very old, and I've never seen any members using them. Also, the hair styling tools in the changing rooms could be replaced with state of the art models. (like Dyson, etc.) I noticed that many people, including myself, carry their own hair dryers in their gym bags. I get a lot of benefit from the group classes held on certain days of the week and the food in the cafe is healthy and delicious, a great lifesaver after your workout. I definetly recommend it.
The best gym in Istanbul by far! It features a proper basketball court, a swimming pool, spacious and clean facilities with high ceilings, and state-of-the-art equipment. The personal trainers, such as Emre Eren, are outstanding. Additional amenities include table tennis, spa services, martial arts ring, pilates, yoga and an overall premium experience. Highly recommended!
Great gym. Facilities always immaculate, staff very helpful and attentive, good juice bar/food. Very good deals for people who don’t live in Turkey but come here frequently- you can put your membership on hold and reactivate it when here.

Very disappointing experience at the EE mobile service desk in Ealing Broadway. I visited regarding a SIM card service, but the level of customer service was far below what anyone should reasonably expect. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers and showed very little attention or respect toward the people they are supposed to serve. Instead of receiving proper assistance, the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. Customer service should be about professionalism, responsibility, and basic respect for customers. Unfortunately, that was clearly missing here. I strongly believe management should seriously review the behavior and performance of the staff at the EE service in Ealing Broadway, because experiences like this reflect very poorly on the entire business. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that real improvements are made, because customers deserve much better service when visiting for something as basic as SIM card support.
