I didn't think I would like yoga, but I really enjoyed it! Erika's class was challenging and relaxing. I highly recommend trying yoga with Erika!!!

Erika is a great instructor for all skills, ages, and abilities! She actively leads each class, and always gives modifications that are available for each pose. My kiddos love it, too- they really look forward to going to the family class on the last Thursday of every month - they are lots of fun, and there's no pressure to participate. The kids can join in as they are comfortable, and Erika is a really great, patient, teacher. I recommend her classes 110%!

I am so happy to have affordable quality Yoga in Norwood! Her Gentle 45 class is helping me get back into yoga and introduce my kids to the practice. She modified the class slightly for me so that I was able participate comfortably. I highly recommend Yoga with Erika!
