Yoga Room Stockel Square

I recently joined Yoga Room, and I'm extremely impressed. The atmosphere is serene and welcoming, perfect for unwinding and focusing on my practice. The instructors are exceptional—knowledgeable, attentive, and accommodating to all skill levels. The variety of classes, from Hot Yoga to Hatha yoga, ensures there's something for everyone. Special workshops offer unique opportunities to deepen my practice. The facilities are clean and spacious, with a soothing ambiance enhanced by music and aromatherapy. The sense of community among staff and members is wonderful, making it a supportive and motivating environment. Overall, Yoga Room is a haven for wellness and personal growth. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to start or enhance their yoga journey.

After almost 4 years, I am still choosing Yoga Room in Stockel, for the classes, space, teachers. The space at Yoga Room in Stockel Square is a beautiful oasis of calm and relaxation, in a busy city life. If you want to warm up, the the classes in the heated room, are the best way to sweat!!! :) I have an unlimited subscription, and for sure I will keep renewing it, its worth your time and your money, for everything you get in return. I joined Yoga room last autumn after moving to the new neighbourhood. The studio has an amazing yogi & relaxing vibe. Everyone can find a class for themselves - from the yoga basics, Hatha, yin and sound healing to yoga wall and amazing yoga burn classes 🔥 happy to be a part of the yoga room community! 🤸🏽‍♂️🧘

This studio is absolutely amazing and not too crowdy. Since I started my yoga at Yoga Room - Stockel Square, I noticed body changes (better tone), better sleeping and a healthier lifestyle. I would recommend it to everyone.

I’ve been a regular at The Yoga Rooms for a while, and I used to really love it here, it had soul and great teachers. Sadly, it’s not what it used to be :( First, there’s a recurring problem with the booking system. Despite being on the Unlimited Pass, my classes keep getting booked as prepaid, which is a pain to deal with and a bit of a scam. Second, the studio itself is starting to look run down. For example, the sink in the women’s toilet has been broken for ages, which doesn’t feel very hygienic, let alone cared for. The biggest shift, though, is in the quality of the classes and teachers. Some of the great teachers like Lars and Simone have left, and it really shows. The current class options are underwhelming. I’m so glad I didn’t buy an Unlimited Pass because the current offerings don’t justify the always increasing cost anymore. And finally, it’s hard to ignore that the place has become crammed and overcrowded. Mats are placed so close together that it’s difficult to move freely without bumping into someone. They’ve added Reformer classes recently and the room is packed with way too many reformer beds for just one teacher! It's an injury risk, especially since some of these teachers are actually yoga teachers. It's quite clear that it's become a money-making machine now, not really in the true spirit of yoga.
