Nice place, very spacious, lots of weights and machines, plus a women's only area! One of the better gyms I frequented.

Very nice staff. The place is spotless. Machines in good working order. I'm very happy I decided to give them a try. June 20th I just wanted to update my review. I can't imagine working out anywhere else. If you want to get limber or put on muscle mass this place has EVERYTHING!!
