Very nice staff. The place is spotless. Machines in good working order. I'm very happy I decided to give them a try. June 20th I just wanted to update my review. This gym is even better then I first posted. I made some friends most people who work out are friendly and welcoming. The staff is the best I have ever encountered in any gym I have been in. I can't imagine working out anywhere else. If you want to get limber or put on muscle mass this place has EVERYTHING!!
