This is a huge gym with a good variety of equipment, the staff are very friendly and helpful! As with all gyms picking your time will determine how busy it will be.

The best anytime gym I've been to, huge open spaces make your workout good so as to not feel closed in, immaculately clean showers an the little motivational quotes are a nice touch, this gym goes above an beyond for the comfort of its users, highly recommended if in Shepparton, the only gripe would be that the punters are not that friendly compared to big city's, small town syndrome.. but you get that on the big jobs 🤙 top place to relieve your stress an feel better ! pump iron

Very well equipped gym and lots of space including an upstairs cardio area. Staff are friendly and helpful. Can be very busy between 5-6.30pm weekdays but at other times you won’t have any issues getting the weights or machines you want to use. Personal trainers are excellent, the members are friendly and you’ll see plenty of serious training as well as beginners so everyone should feel comfortable here. My favourite gym in Shepparton!
