The best gym in Podgorica. I toured 5-6 gyms in Podgorica. This is the cleanest, best maintained gym in my view. Guests are constantly reminded to sanitize equipment after use, and there is plenty of antiseptic to clean the equipment. It’s best to come in off-peak hours. I also encountered a few rude people (men and women) who seem to like invading personal space of others. Still, it’s preferable to the other gyms.

– 4 Stars The Capital Fitness Center is one of the most well-equipped gyms I’ve seen in Podgorica. The variety of machines, individual training rooms, and overall layout are impressive. The monthly membership with 3 entries per week for €54 is reasonable, and there’s also the option to book personal training sessions for those who need extra guidance. I really liked the protein vending machine — a great idea for a quick post-workout boost. The only downside is that the gym gets quite crowded during peak hours. Other than that, everything is great. My recommendation would be to offer free parking for members. It would make the experience even better.

The gym is clean with quality equipment. The gym presents itself as a premium, luxury gym with a membership fee that reflects that, probably one of the most expensive gyms. Most of the patrons are a mix of locals with a good amount of expats and foreigners in an area with a lot of foreigners. The staff lacks the fundamentals of customer service and experience. 30% are nice once they get to know you, 30% are neutral and sometimes dry, and 30% are straight up rude. My observation is that this is mostly towards foreigners, irrespective of foreigners if they are polite, friendly, etc.
