A good gym. The selection of strength training equipment is better than any chain gym. The large area in the boxing gym is covered with mats – very convenient for functional training, yoga, and Pilates. There's a good ring and a very competent and experienced boxing coach. The renting trainers are highly qualified specialists in yoga, Tae Bo, Pilates, functional training, and step. There are also sections for children.

I do not recommend trainer Makas, for 500 UAH he showed me one exercise and kept saying that he was busy and had clients. Dear management, pay attention to trainer Max, the person has no idea about warm-ups, cool-downs, and the training process. And, attention, I was assigned "age-appropriate fitness", rudeness and bad manners

This review is a bit late, but I don't think anything could have changed at a gym like this. I once made the mistake of buying a monthly membership at this gym, since everything nearby only offered a yearly membership. A bald guy often worked at reception, and I had to interact with him quite often that month. - Once, I just walked into the gym, and instead of saying good afternoon, I was met with obscene criticism for allegedly mistaking some barbell the previous time, even though I hadn't used it. - Everyone who worked out in the evening and before closing time, he cursed at us as we left, saying they needed to work out faster because he wanted to get home sooner, and threatened that he wouldn't let us out next time, even though everyone left before closing time. Another time, after finishing our workout in the evening, we were leaving the locker room 10 minutes before closing time, and a conflict ensued. He actually locked me and the other people in and wouldn't let us out, and then started yelling at us that according to his watch, it was already closing time and he wouldn't let us out. Luckily, everything ended without violence, but I'm never going there again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I didn't emphasize the dirt and stuffiness, as for me it was a less important factor, but it's there.
