Good place for economical shopping, good range of products but once you come to the cash counter whole experience get desperate. Very poor services at cash counter. Staff is not helping to put the items in bags, even so lazy to move the product on the cash counter belt. Customer has to push the items to move them forward for scanning.
Dear Al Wafa Management, I am writing to report a very disappointing experience with the meat section at your store. About one hour ago, we purchased approximately 2 kg of beef. There were two large pieces, and I specifically requested the staff member to give us one clean piece. However, he mixed one good piece with another that had a very bad smell, like old or spoiled meat. When we opened it at home, we found that around 800 grams of the beef was clearly spoiled and had a strong unpleasant odor. This is completely unacceptable. We also heard other customers at the store mentioning similar concerns about the meat quality. We are regular customers of Al Wafa and we traveled حوالي 30 kilometers to shop from your market, so this experience is very disappointing. Please take this matter seriously and investigate your meat section staff and quality control. Selling spoiled meat is a serious issue that affects customer trust and safety.
