Honestly one of the best gyms in Jordan. The cleanliness alone sets it apart, there’s always staff actively wiping down machines and keeping the floors spotless, which makes a huge difference in the overall experience. The place consistently smells fresh, which is something you don’t find in most gyms. All the equipment is brand new, modern, and very well maintained, with a great mix of both classic and high-tech machines. No matter what kind of workout you’re into, you’ll find everything you need and more. Overall, it’s a very well-managed, professional, and enjoyable environment to train in. Definitely a top-tier gym in Amman.
Recently, lots of cardio machines have been replaced by way worse versions. There were 3 decently working bikes or at least 2 of them. They got replaced by 2 very uncomfortable bikes that the left one never was calibrated since day 1 and the right one isn't working... It's a new machine 1 month old... Also all seated machines are super uncomfortable and half of them aren't calibrated most of the time. Rest of the gym is decent and gets cleaned periodically which is great.
i haven’t been in this gym a week yet before i started my membership they treated me so good the customer service was amazing as soon as i paid 0 customer service the workers on the reception very bad customer service and very bad attitude and in general mostly every worker there treat u poorly and after u pay they start mentioning rules they never mentioned to you before and tell you it was mentioned before even tho it wasn’t and an experience that happened with me today i asked for an iphone charger because my phone was dead they were so rude to me and all of them said there isn’t a single charger and one worker told me i can’t give u one it’s against the rules??? and above that they were rolling their eyes and the workers in the outdoor pool are also very rude and nosy overall and the pool is freezing i mean it freezing you can’t even go in and i had to wait 30 mins to find an empty tanning bed. very bad customer service
Can someone please inform the General Manager of this gym that the outdoor pool water temperature is freezing, and no one can get into it? It’s really strange how management seems focused only on saving money. You already invested $7 million in the land and $1 million in the building, please don’t destroy the reputation over $2K worth of fuel to heat the pool. This issue has existed since the beginning of the season, and we are still waiting for action.
I’m disappointed with my experience at Gold’s Gym after being a member since 2024. The customer service is very poor, and loyal customers are not appreciated. Instead of rewarding long-term members, the prices keep increasing, which feels unfair. Another issue is that some coaches are not supportive or helpful during training unless extra money is paid. A gym should encourage and guide all members equally, not only those paying for additional services. I hope the management works on improving customer care, pricing fairness, and the overall support provided to members.
