Best training in Irinjalakuda town. Almost all necessary equipments are there.Friendly atmosphere.Best for beginners.Also the fee is less compared to others

This is best place if you want start your fitness journey. Don't expect some crazy gym machines. Like i said before,This is for beginners. There will be trainers in there, who can help you with your workouts. If you wanna try gym before getting admission, there is an option for that also. Rs. 30 for one day (probably one hr). And the admission fees is ₹300 and ₹300 for every month. That is, ₹600 in total for joining. But there is this combo offer, ₹850 for 3 months, including admission. So that no extra admission fee. You have to pay ₹300 each after the 3 month period or can again take combo. Usually the time is from 5 am to 9am in morning and 4 pm to 9 pm in the afternoon. I didn't see any ladies coming to gym, the time being there. That doesn't mean its only for gents. Ladies please ask before taking a decision. This place is a right direction for your health. (FYI: no dips, t bar machines. You can do it manually). Also there is separate cardio section (room) and more machines are coming,the time I'm writing this review. Over all , you cannot beat the value for money Prosit are offering. They even give you food chart ,if you insisted.

Good Trainer.Good Gym. In electronics equipment only Treadmill works. Other electronic equipment Not repaired even after nearly one month.
