ActiveSG Inclusive Gym

This morning l went to ActiveSG Inclusive gym at Serangoon to seek help and advice on activating and using my ActiveSG account . At first l was advised by a gentleman. Later I returned again to seek help when l realised my account was not activated.This time l was attended to by a female staff, Ms Asnah. She was very helpful and so patient in advising me. Please convey my appreciation to her for such good customer service. Thank you.

A gym catered to the elderly - with more physio machines and fewer weights or heavy machines. I think it's great to have this in the community to encourage fitness at all ages. However, it is really much too small! Currently there are only 2 treadmills (1 is out of order for several weeks already), 2 ellipticals and 1 stationery bike. I think I spend more time waiting than actually on the machines and I go on weekdays during off-peak hours! As an ActiveSG member you're better off going to nearby ones at Bishan or Hougang. Hopefully they will eventually grow the one here in Serangoon!
