Easily the best training facility in the South East Region. Microwave and refrigerator on site. Thousands of pounds worth of iron. Provides over 100 hours of operation time for the 7 Day week. But probably the most unique thing is the tunes they play. They have the sickest Playlist AKA Hustle Music of any training facility I've ever been to!

There's a lot more to i3 than just the weights, trainers and mid-00's throwback jams there that constantly pump just as hard as its members. No, what i3 has more than many other gyms I've been to is 'community'. Beyond just community-building through hosting fitness competitions, there's also a pervasive sense of friendliness and welcoming at i3. I've had memberships at other gyms in the area, and this truly has become the one for me. If you're looking to make some serious change to your workout game... Well, the first thing they did after they unlocked the door during business hours is explain I wasn't really their clientele.Bro, I don't care if you do steroids, I just need a place to do squats and not talk to anyone. Also, you can just be an invite-only gym and not have to deal with people stopping by and I wouldn't have spent my time. Put it on the door or website or something.
