I bring my 5 year old daughter to the kids boxing class, and it has been an amazing experience. She is naturally a little reserved, but since joining she has really come out of her shell, built confidence, and become more resilient, all while getting a great workout and having fun. The coaches do a fantastic job working with kids of all skill levels and make everyone feel welcome and supported. What we appreciate most is the family atmosphere. The team genuinely cares about the kids and creates a positive environment where they can learn, grow, and succeed. The facility is always clean, organized, and well maintained, which makes it even more enjoyable to be there. I'm new to boxing, and this gym has proven to be an excellent place to begin. The space is ample, and on every visit I'm impressed by the cleanliness and overall upkeep. I currently do private 1:1 sessions with coach Jesus, who has consistently taken the time to teach the fundamentals from the ground up. His guidance is clear, patient, and thorough, and I've gained confidence with each session. In addition to Coach Jesus, the other coaches are consistently friendly and professional. I've always been curious about boxing, and this gym has provided a solid environment to explore that interest. If you're seeking a welcoming setting to learn boxing with coaches who are genuinely invested in your progress, I highly recommend giving it a try.
