Delio by Kozystay (maple 1511) 1. The shower floor is dirty yellow stain, there’s also useless pipe/cable making it even dirtier 2. The hot shower only hot for 5min coz the heater capacity very little, the rest will be cold shower 3. The shower curtain always moving while having shower, which is very annoying 4. The PIN code to open the door sometimes not working, have to put different one every time
We stayed here for 4 days 3 nights, the facilities here are decent but the toilet cleanliness here are neglected. The services here are terrible, we had to wait for more than 2 hours just to claim our deposit. Since we are a foreign visitor, our time here are limited and it really drag our plan for the day. Although it could be the owners fault, but we hope that this issue is not overlooked.
