It's run by a Nikkei Brazilian, and although they don't speak 100% Japanese, they do their best to communicate! They're very friendly to Japanese people, and a month's worth of kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes plus weight training costs about 11,000 yen. (They also have kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and weight training classes.) I think it's very good value for money. For weight training, if you go during a time when a trainer is present, you can tell them what you want to do and they'll create a menu based on that and teach you the form. Most classes have professional instructors, so if you have any questions, just ask and they'll be happy to help!

Great place to practice Brezilian Jujitsu. The sensei is really good and really kind. Family friendly.
