My favourite gym in town.....super well equipped, much better than basic fit, specialy if you have back problem like myself...the quality of the work out machine is far far better!! And Michael is a real good coach!! Love it!!

Horrible gym and owner. Lies to your face about the treadmill not working for months. Horrible and old equipment. No proper changing room for women. Women's changing room is more like a store room and the owner just enters randomly. He also just closes the gym for days and weeks or randomly tells you that he will close the gym in 20 mins (just 10 mins after opening, late). He should hire someone to keep the gym open all day long instead of just 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours at night. The owner is a rude liar and gym quality sucks. Go to big chains instead.
