Anushtana Yoga Trust is in Jayendra Nagar, Ramanayyapeta, Andhra Pradesh. It holds a 4.7 rating from 38 Google reviews.
It's a yoga school, not a gym. And I should be honest about the size of the evidence: of those 38 ratings, exactly one carries any written text, and it's from July 2021. Nothing since.
One review. That's what this page is built on.
The Only Review
A student in July 2021: "Excellent Yoga teachers, who can guide us both professionally and personally based on our issues, health, mental fitness. Can teach us very understanding way! Teacher Arjun sir, Swarna mam are very strong in ancient yoga, can learn from them excellent breathing techniques and yoga aasanas. I started learning from 9 months and Yoga became a part of my daily routine now. Sunday pranayam class is the one we cant find anywhere the breathing process. Thank you so much!"
Two teachers named, Arjun and Swarna. Nine months of attendance from the reviewer. A specific claim about the Sunday pranayama class being unusual.
That last detail is the most useful thing here, and the opening hours back it up in a way I find genuinely interesting.
The Hours Tell A Story
Look at these carefully, because they're not what a commercial studio's hours look like.
Tuesday to Saturday, 05:00 to 19:00. Monday, 16:00 to 19:00. Sunday, 05:00 to 07:00 only.
Sunday is two hours. Five in the morning until seven. And the one reviewer specifically singles out the Sunday pranayama class as something you can't find elsewhere.
Those two facts fit together. A two-hour Sunday window at dawn is a dedicated breathing session, not a drop-in slot. If that's what you're after, turn up at 05:00 on a Sunday or don't bother.
Monday is the other oddity: afternoons only, nothing in the morning. If Monday dawn is your habit, this school doesn't do it.
What I Can't Tell You, Which Is Most Of It
One written review out of 38 ratings is close to nothing. I don't know what a class costs, whether you need to book, what styles are taught beyond pranayama and asana, whether there's space for beginners, or whether Arjun and Swarna are still teaching.
There's no phone number on the record. There's no website. The address is a locality rather than a street number, so I'd map it carefully before setting off.
Is the 4.7 meaningful? Thirty-eight people rated it, which isn't nothing, and 4.7 is a good score. But 37 of them said why they gave it. I can pass on their number and one person's account. That's the honest limit.
Who It's For
Going by the single review: people who want traditional yoga taught with attention to their individual health, rather than a fitness class with yoga branding. "Ancient yoga," "breathing techniques," "professionally and personally based on our issues" all point the same way.
Who it's not for: anyone wanting a gym, weights or machines. Nobody mentions any, and the name is a yoga trust.
Anyone who needs weekend flexibility, given Sunday runs 05:00 to 07:00 and that's it.
