Big gym and really good classes, specially Yoga with Niegel. He is amazing and I feel I am improving a lot since I started having classes with him! Would definitely recommend it!

I had a really good experience at Fitness First. They were extremely accommodating to my health needs and I have all but great things to say about the team at this location or any interactions I had via phone. They really are a friendly group and finding a gym with this level of service is not always easy. I highly recommend! ~ Shelley Stuart
Great location .. but too many members make the place look small because it’s always crowded in the evening.. maintenance of the place is pretty bad .. sad to say but not a premium gym anymore ...

I went for the free trial five days. On the first day of trial tho, i was told if i join as a member that day I don't pay the $99 join fee... "today only" sales shakedown. Theres only one small free weights set upstairs... when it's busy you got to wait, but today it was incomplete, so I went downstairs to do the start of my work and found that rack incomplete too. I left my myki as security for the locker pass, but when I went to reclaim it they had no idea which one was mine. So I now either have my myki or someone else's. Overall, condition is not what I would expect of a platinum club. I don't see value here for my own needs which are hetter met at zap.

It's a small gym. The club tried expanding to the ground floor which is great but no change to the layout of equipments upstairs. The current layout makes the whole gym feels cluttered. The most annoying part is the air conditioning - there's none. Can't believe they are blowing people with industrial fan. No one likes to be blown. Maintenance of the gym has gone down hill since the whole FF chain was taken over by GoodLife. It's definitely not operating as a premium club.
