Nice weights, nice pool, nice gym.
I really like this gym, mainly because it has so much space. Two weightlifting gyms, two dance/aerobics studios, a martial arts space, pool, hot tubs, saunas and baths. Also lots of natural light. A pretty good selection of machines and free weights too. some negatives are its a little far from the station unlike a lot of golds, it can get very busy on the weekend, especially with elderly people, and lacks decline bench machines and a few others. The staff are very helpful.
Compared with another gold's gym like umeda, shinsaibashi, nakanoshima, it has another mood. I would recommend you to go to another gold's gym. But many machines are there.
If you’re a foreigner and want to do a month membership they will charge you 18,700 yen which is around $130USD - not worth it, look elsewhere
They don’t respect foreign people there. They have bad stuff as well!!!!! 👌👌👌
