#+ and - Experiences There is a trainer named MOHANAN. Post-COVID, I was on a weight loss journey. One day, when I entered the gym, he said, "vatti pottickan ethi" (which means "break the tummy"). This is the worst example of how a fitness trainer should behave. A gym is not a place exclusively for extroverted, fit people. It should be inclusive of all genders and body types. Most of the trainers are still stuck in old-school methods and are not updated with the latest science-based workout and nutrition programs. One trainer even forced me to use another machine for his personal training client, which I believe is an example of unprofessionalism. #Cons - Good setup of gym machines and enough space. - If you know what you’re doing and can figure out your routines yourself, I would recommend this place.
