When I signed up, I said I didn't want to bulk up my body, and they agreed. I became a member for 15 months. For 3 months, I did everything they said, ate whatever they told me, and gained weight. When I asked what was going on, they said, "Your body can't lose weight, so let's bulk up your body to make it symmetrical," and I didn't go for the remaining 12 months. DON'T GO THERE. I lost 10 kilos at another gym!!!
