Nice, clean and tidy but expensive especially one time entries. Six month plus memberships are okay. A lot of German speaking people come here.

I recently visited lotus gym for a trial workout, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arriving, I was surprised to find that there was no reception staff to assist me. This made it impossible for me to pay for a trial session or even enter the gym since I didn't have a membership card. When I asked for help, the maid on site informed me that there is no reception service on weekends, only on weekdays. This is extremely inconvenient for those who want to try out the gym or have any questions about membership. For a place that promotes fitness, the lack of basic customer service is disappointing. I hope lotus gym reconsiders its policies to provide a more welcoming environment for new and potential members. If this continues, they will lose potential customers like myself

The gym is probably good, but the caretaker is very greedy. We came to the doctor, left 4000 baht, and she was eager to let the children 10 and 6 years old go for an hour. As a result, they screamed in the lobby for a couple of hours. They ran and destroyed everything. None of the visitors could use the only one sofa. The caretaker herself could not bear it and put on headphones. But the firmness of the decision was unshakable. There is a water cooler. No glasses. The caretaker is very fat and therefore greedy. The impressions were bad.
