I've been a member of the Manrique branch for a year, and I'm a Comfama affiliate. Suddenly, I received an email saying they were changing my plan because I wasn't a Comfama member anymore. I requested a membership certificate, took it to the gym, and they canceled my plan and then reinstated it. However, it's generating a penalty of 200,000 pesos, which Smartfit said they would cover due to a system error. I've been waiting almost two months for them to resolve this issue so I can continue going, and they haven't offered a solution. It's disrespectful that when I want to pay to keep going, they don't resolve anything.
