Great place. Convenient location. And most importantly fantastic staff - special thanks to Angelika. She was welcoming and assisted with the whole registration process. For a foreigner it was a big confusing. However, thanks to her it was not needed to translate from Polish to English while I was creating an account for the gym app.
Great gym at the very centre with lots if equipment. However, if you have Multisport, it's not 24/7 - someone at the reception needs to check your card/app every single time and they work only until 10 pm on the work days and until 8 pm on the weekends. Quite annoying! You also need your own locks, but you can also buy they from the machines on the first floor near entrance. Other than that, amazing place, nothing to complain about.
Despite sending several emails to cancel my membership, they still haven't been able to do so. I think everyone's high because nobody knows anything and nobody's helpful. I will never go to this gym again.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at CityFit. After purchasing a membership, I only went to the gym twice, but then started receiving collection notices. To make matters worse, the membership cannot be canceled! I feel like I’ve been trapped into a contract that I can’t get out of (honestly I don't undestand how this is legal...), even though I barely used the service. It's very shady and misleading for foreign customers, especially when they make it hard to know what you're signing up for. If you're about to activate a membership, I highly recommend you withdraw within 14 days to avoid being locked into this scam-like setup.
