Absolutely adore the pristine and roomy CrossFit Griffon Gym. The owner and coaches exude professionalism and provide insightful guidance. They diligently monitor and correct your form throughout the entire workout. Plus, the equipment is top-notch, all brand new and up-to-date.
Maritza is an awesome trainer. She helped me a lot as a beginner I learned a lot from cross fit. Everybody is so supportive. Maritza will work with you regardless of your level of fitness. I strongly recommend CrossFit Griffon.
I dropped in at CrossFit Griffon while visiting family in Jacksonville. Maritza was super welcoming. The coaches were very knowledgeable, had great pointers and ensured everyone in the class moved safely. The gym was SO clean!!! Definitely recommend!! I know I will be back when I'm in town again!!
My boyfriend and I came in from out of state to visit our friends, and we tagged along with a current member (Steve) for a drop-in Saturday class. Neither of us had done CrossFit before. Maritza and Casper made us feel right at home! Maritza made sure we knew exactly what we were doing (with correct form), and encouraged & pushed us throughout the whole workout. She even threw in some humor! Great place, even better people!
