It's a boutique gym based in Al Nahda. It's a friendly and pumped-up atmosphere always and they treat us with utmost care. The personal trainers are dedicated and gives undivided attention during your session. I personally recommend Coach Shajeer who is one of the best I have seen. Everyone else also has their own unique style and merit. It's a great gym for training and confidence development!
