has parking space. area is not so close to the highway, car/motorcycle noises are not too loud. nice toilet/c.r. has 1 boxing ring have more than 5 punching bags has a mini lounge area has cold water have a few gym equipment for squats, core, boxing, etc. (not really knowledgeable about boxing equipment) bright enough during night time. have mirrors.
