Very affordable prices for aerobics: just 150/month plus a 25k registration fee, which includes access to the gym downstairs. The place is comfortable and clean, although not very spacious. Beginners should feel free to ask for help from someone who has experience. A variety of cold drinks and soy milk are available. Training supplements are also available; you can buy whey and gainer individually for 10,000 Rupiah.

1. This gym is relatively affordable, in my opinion. The current rate (as of November 2022) is around Rp. 130,000 per month (monthly rate) and Rp. 15,000 per day. 2. Because it's cheap, don't expect a Jacuzzi or sauna. But, at least there's cardio equipment (a treadmill), and the weightlifting equipment is quite complete. 3. The members are all great, fun, and willing to help and even give guidance. 4. There are guards, including trainers (usually during the evening training sessions), and their training and guidance are excellent. 5. There's also a shop selling iced tea in a pot right out front, and it's part of the gym's business unit. 6. It looks very clean and tidy. The restrooms are clean too.
