I've been going to Bodhi Seed Yoga for a couple of months now and it's been a great fit. The instructors really respect individual pace and ability - you're encouraged to grow, but never pushed past what feels right. The atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious. People show up to practice, not to be seen, and that makes all the difference.

I absolutely love this place. I am on a new spiritual journey and I have been experiencing so much peace through yoga and meditation here at Bodhi Seed center. There are 2 amazing instructors that I have been guided by: Daniel and Jasmine I recommend anyone that is looking for a new yoga home to try this place out. Reasonable pricing as well.. they also have an amazing 30 day trial at this time for $30. (New beginners) When I leave I feel so refreshed, more at peace, full of light and love. Very peaceful with great options of different times during the day/evening for classes. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
