As sessões são muito bem estruturadas, conseguindo equilibrar desafio e relaxamento de forma harmoniosa. Nota-se uma atenção genuína a cada aluno, o que faz toda a diferença. I can’t recommend this yoga studio enough. The space itself is calm, welcoming, and beautifully set up — you feel more relaxed the moment you walk in. But what truly makes it special is the teacher. She has such a natural way of guiding you, balancing professionalism with warmth, and making every class feel both grounding and empowering. You leave not just stretched, but genuinely better — physically and mentally.
