I bought a monthly membership until 5:00 PM. It costs about 2,000 rubles. Overall, I really liked everything. For the price, it's a pretty decent fitness center. There's plenty of equipment, enough for everyone.
Great, friendly atmosphere. The receptionists are nice and welcoming. The instructors are professional and attentive. There's plenty of space for everyone. There's a wide selection of exercise machines and free weight equipment. There are dance studios and many programs for women. There's a martial arts studio for boxing and Muay Thai, and a separate studio for children. Flexible payment options for classes - you can choose between one, five, or 10. Water coolers (hot and cold) are everywhere. The only drawback is the small locker rooms. The showers are good, though. Turkish and Finnish saunas (shared), but I think that's more of a plus than a minus. If you're looking to meet new people, this center is the best place for it. Parking is free at the Atron Shopping Center, but it's hard to find a space there. Parking is usually in the toll lot along the road. Hourly pay until 6:00 PM, then free. I've been training here for three years now and I don't plan on switching to any other club! I recommend it to everyone.
Overall, the gym is a decent gym, with plenty of equipment, and the instructors are helpful even when I occasionally ask to adjust some of the machines. The downsides include the perpetually disgruntled faces of the administrators, and the fitness center staff is unfriendly (but not everyone is). When I asked about my membership, or more specifically, whether I could use my membership on my own if my trainer wasn't working that day, I received two different answers. So, I feel like I'm doing something illegal with my own money. 😅 I was disappointed that the restroom in the women's locker room is occasionally unlocked, forcing me to go to the other end of the gym, which is cold. 😏
Pros: The gym is good, quite spacious. Lots of equipment. Cons: The locker room is uncomfortable, there aren't enough benches, and they're small, making it very inconvenient. The hostess service is terrible; they're not interested in selling their services. There's no politeness whatsoever. Apparently, this gym's motto is "Silence is golden."
