Be Here Now is warm and welcoming with a a fabulous teacher, Kim. She has a gift for providing gentle instruction and guidance for each person's body to get the most benefit from yoga. She is health and safety focused, and mindful of each person's unique strengths and needs - no matter the age, injury, hypermobility, etc. Her teaching style is approachable for yogis at all levels. I am particularly fond of her yin classes, and have learned so much about my body and what it needs that I have applied in other yoga classes. I always leave her class more grounded and present in my mind, body, and spirit. Give the studio a try!
Kim, the yoga instructor, is very knowledgeable. She provides a wide variety of yoga styles and is very helpful with assistance. Her instructions are clear and precise to enhance understanding. Sometime she will take one aspect of the class and clarify the instruction and explain why it is important. I greatly benefit from this information. I highly recommend her classes.
