I Completed the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Bodhi School of Yoga has been a truly enriching experience. The course was well structured, with knowledgeable and supportive teachers who made every session engaging and insightful. I Gained a strong foundation in asanas, pranayama, philosophy, and teaching methodology, which has boosted my confidence as both a practitioner and a future yoga teacher. Today i have compled my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Bodhi, and it has been an incredible learning experience. The classes are practical, informative, and the trainers are highly supportive and knowledgeable. I've learned valuable practices like pranayama, relaxation techniques, and yoga philosophy, which are enriching both my personal life and my Garbhasanskara sessions. It was great to be a part of Bodhi. Very learned teachers. They started from basics to intense forms of yoga. We learnt so many variayions of sun salutations as well as asanas. Im so thankful for this. I was having continous headaches everyday. And since last 2 months no headache. My mind is so calm. From the bottom of my heart im thankful.
