We recently enrolled our 5 year old in the Tiny Tigers class. So far we are pleased with our child's progress. The Masters and Instructors here are very welcoming. We love the positive environment. We can already see how each class is instilling confidence and helping our child focus while channeling energy.
After two months of attending classes three times a week, I can honestly say enrolling my 5 year old daughter at American Martial Arts has been one of the best decisions we've made in Naperville. I am truly amazed by how much she has learned - not just physically, but in character. Her confidence has grown so much, and we're seeing the respect, discipline, and responsibility she's learning carry over into our home as well as the dojang. What impresses me most is how intentional everything is. Every lesson, every drill, every expectation has a purpose. The entire program is incredibly organized, professional, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell there is a system behind everything they do, and it creates such a positive environment for the kids to learn and grow. The instructors genuinely care, and it shows in the quality of the program. If you're looking for a place where your child will build confidence, learn respect, develop discipline, and have fun doing it, I wholeheartedly recommend American Martial Arts. I cannot say enough about AMAA! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in Taekwondo, but they also genuinely care about each student's growth, confidence, and character. Our sons have gained martial arts skills as well as discipline, respect, self-confidence, and a commitment to excellence. The instructors know how to challenge the students while also encouraging them and giving them a sense of self worth. The environment at AMAA is positive, supportive, and motivating. It's amazing to watch my boys grow both on and off the mat.
