Honestly this gym is pretty good. The equipment is obviously quite well used, but it's high quality and everything works great. Paid 1000lkr to use strength equipment. Didn't have to queue on anything and had a great workout. Would go again
Great for gym-goers on vacation. The price for one day is 1000 LKR (1500 LKR with cardio equipment). The gym is located on the second and third floors of the building. It has all the equipment you need for a good workout (including a double cable tower). The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a very good workout and can recommend it to anyone who likes going to the gym.
Great gym for someone who thinks practical. It's cheap, but no aircon. In the afternoon there is no-one. There are 2 floors and all machines are there twice, meaning 2 peck-decks, 2 cable stations etc. etc. As of the date of this review, 1 day is 500 LKR, if you also want to use cardio (powered machines) it's 1000 LKR. Had a good workout here!
Good gym with most of the equipment you’d expect to find in any standard gym. The staff is very friendly, and there’s the option to purchase protein shakes, pre-workout, creatine, and more. We paid 800 LKR each.
Great place for a workout in Unawatuna! 300LKR for one visit. 💪 Has 2 floors, some equipment is a bit rustic, but it still has everything one needs for a proper practice. No A/C. PS! They also serve delicious fresh juice (and protein shake) for a reasonable price.
