One of the best physiotherapy clinics in Granada. From the very first moment, the treatment is friendly and highly professional; they make you feel in good hands. It's clear the team has a lot of experience and genuinely cares about each patient, explaining everything clearly and tailoring the treatment to your needs. In my case, I noticed improvement from the first sessions, something I hadn't experienced elsewhere. Furthermore, the atmosphere is very pleasant, and they inspire a lot of confidence. Without a doubt, highly recommended if you're looking for real results and top-quality, personalized care.
My experience with this clinic was very negative. I went there after a car accident, and the doctor told me I needed more sessions because I was still experiencing discomfort. Despite this, the clinic discharged me without explaining why and without considering how I was feeling. Furthermore, I had to wait two weeks for the report, when they could easily have sent it by email. To top it all off, the owner, Flor, forced me to go in person, and the treatment I received was unprofessional and disrespectful. I do not recommend this clinic. I believe they should improve both their patient care and their management and communication.
