Klaudia is the most knowledgable personal trainer that I have met. Her rehabilitation exercises, combined with sports massage can create a fast path to recovery. Klaudia listens, asks insightful questions and comes up with innovative solutions that are well thought out and based on solid principles, definitely not a one-size-fits-all approach.

I think its amazing for what you pay for. You have to find an open day, or deal day so you don't have to pay induction fee. I have at times stopped my membership (make sure you just cancel your direct debit aswel), then they email you every 2 months and give you chances to rejoin (without induction fee)- so thats what I have done. It does get a bit busy peak times, but don't all gyms! So much equipment and staff are there at good times so they'll always help. It's pretty clean there despite the amount of people that go throughout a day.

They have all the equipment you need and the people there will always give you an advice or something else. I prefer to come in the mornings as it's really quiet. The prices are good, and the place is clean and well-maintained.

want to join the gym, tried to register, it wants to take 39.99 on 10th March and then another 19.99 on 24th march via direct debit, that means i will be paying 60.00 in March , that cant be right can it..... i tried to call them but a guy wasnt listening
