The best place to train in Birmingham. Loads of equipment and cardio. Helpful and friendly staff plus a full range of supplements.

Best gym in Birmingham. The guys at the reception is very nice and polite, makes you feep welcome at the gym. Quality equipment, definitely my favourite gym in Birmingham. Loads of different equipment in there.

Acknowledged as probably the beat Gym in the Midlands. Everyone is so friendly, the equipment is first class and instructors are available if needed. I would highly recommend this Gym.

I've been going to this gym for over 4 months now and I love it, its just a raw, good old fashioned gym that reminds me of the movie pumping iron. The only flaw I find is that the days (Saturday and Sunday) that people have the most time to train, the gym closes too early at 3:00pm. I teach martial arts in the mornings so am only able to get to the gym 12.30am and I'm sure dad's have to take their young ones, to singing lessons or dance classes, which doesn't give people enough time to get a good practise session in. Yeah of course I could join a 24 hour gym but they don't have that pumping iron energy, feel, rough and rugged look like the ironworks. I think they Should at least close at 5. Either way I love it here and I'm an addict.
