I've trained at a couple of gyms locally and overseas but this one hits differently from all of em. The standards are high, the equipment is modern and well maintained and the place is very clean. They really try to satisfy customers in every aspect. I should also mention Lakshan (Lucky), who is a genuine and humble trainer
The Tide Gym in Wattala is a great facility - clean and well-maintained. It does get quite crowded in the evenings, so it would be really helpful if the management could consider extending the morning hours, ideally opening as early as 5:00 AM. This would give members more flexibility to work out before the morning rush
Great place with all the workout equipments. Situated in the Colombo - Negombo main road. Easy location and ample parking.
well i love this place basically and the recent upgrade was great, um the price increase was a bit too much cus it was 9.5k and they increased it to 15k overall 6/10 the background and gym maintenance is great
i got a gym tour yesterday , its looks nice big gym with lot of equipments. A/C , wash room every thing up to standard like other countries . but only issue i saw the one who worked on the reception looks not friendly on that time around 8 pm . its ruins all the impression about the gym . i wish sri lankan customer service will be improve all the areas like mindset its all about customers . cheers
