I have been attending this gym for the past four months, and it has been a consistently positive experience. The facility is always accessible for members, and the ample parking is a great convenience. Personal trainer Harish has been exceptional—his programs are tailored to each individual, making workouts both effective and enjoyable. He provides a balanced mix of intense and restorative exercises, ensuring that the regimen meets personal fitness goals. Equipment is a bit old and no AC, but the training more than makes up for it. Heard renovations are coming soon. A great fitness center in the heart of Coimbatore!

Returning to Life Spring - 360° Fitness Club after 7 years was like coming home! I first took swimming lessons here when I was in 8th grade, and I was amazed at how welcoming the environment still feels. Coach Jeyaraj remembered me and made my transition back incredibly smooth. What impressed me most was how quickly the coaching team helped me regain my form and then pushed me to improve beyond my previous skills. Coaches Amal, Jithu, and Deepu were patient yet motivating, while Coach Laxmi provided excellent guidance. Despite the long gap, I never felt out of place or judged for any skills I'd lost over time. They focused on building my confidence back up first, then enhancing my technique. The atmosphere remains supportive for swimmers of all levels, just as I remembered. If you're considering returning to swimming after a break, Life Spring is definitely the place to do it—they make it feel like you never left while helping you become better than before!
The swimming pool here is well maintained..they offer coaching for kids as well as adults..the staff here are really friendly.. highly recommend
The life spring was one stop for few sports activities and fitness. I have put my kid over there for the swimming in feb2023. Initially he took some time to come out from the fear of water as the kids do and now he is perfect in swimming as I see. As a kid he comes out of water fear and ready to jump in water play things. The coaches are focused to ensure kids are feel relax in water which makes swimming easy.. As I see many reviews stating kids have not learnt the swimming in 15 days course which is not easy for all the kids to be at the same learning pace.. The fees are recently increased which is not pocket friendly for most of them..
