Coach is very friendly his name is Mr Aakash sir. Not too crowded overall good experience. In cardio they have cross chainer and treadmill. Fully equipped machinery for upper arms. Go for it if you're looking for a place which is not so crowded. (Con : Gym is on 2nd floor in a marketplace)
Excellent 👌 one, and quality maintenance and trainers available, you just visit and practice with their tips, they have good knowledge and experience, they have excellent infrastructure and facilities, washroom and all the facilities available and clean especially.
Lack of equipment and too expensive and the worst is that the gym doesn't have any instructor.
Worst gym ever saw and the trainer Rahul is too worst then gym I don't know what kind of attitude he carries with him self and rude too he doesn't give any instructions from front to how exercise and that all we should only need to ask now what to do what to do as compared to other gym trainers they are very friendly and they guide us properly too but he don't guide us properly seriously this gym was too good two years ago but not now I request to power point pls remove this guy thank you
