There is a bit of a difference in skill level among the instructors. I am currently in Advanced training, and Teacher Yeo Dong-gu's class is the best. I can't go often because the timing doesn't work out. It's nice that booking isn't difficult, and the facilities are really well-equipped.
Tao Yoga is a real yoga studio for your practice. Try their Ashtanga, Maha Hata (by Tao), and Vinyasa. All classes are to the highest quality with the best teachers. It is also known for its instructor program, which is why many students are to-be instructors. Nice facilities as well. Foreigners are welcome
Nice, spacious and clean. Easy to get to by public transportation. The instructors are really good. A bit pricey.
I'm currently practicing yoga at Tau Yoga. There are so many great programs, including Universal Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Circle Yoga, and Yin Yoga. ^^
