It is the most affordable gym you would find around barnawa and narayi/highcost. They have quite a number of good machines and equipments. For those interested in aerobics, the morning and evening aerobics classes are fun and engaging. The only downside i noticed is that they don't have enough dumbbells and the Gen doesn't come on early enough for those that work out in the evenings. You'd have to deal with working out in heat before it comes on

Nice gym with a great community. I think having the atmosphere that is there will help you achieve whatever fitness goals that you intend to attain. Badminton seems to be a favorite there.
