Nice clean, modern, easy parking, good breakfast. Excellent hotel. As other reviews have mentioned not in the most salubrious area but links ( frequent free buses) are 2 mins walk away and it would seem when returning about 30 seconds from the door, so actually its not an issue. I would definitely return.
Really nice hotel. Exactly what you would expect from a Radisson. The entrance is a lift from the street which keeps it very quiet. The staff are friendly and everything very clan. Lovely corridor to sit for a drink if it's raining else if sunny a nice outdoor area, although no views. Very convenient to the train station and a short walk to the city centre
Our room was very comfortable, comfy beds and nice bathroom, but my main takeaway was how amazingly helpful the front desk staff was, especially the gentleman working the day shift. He made calls to check train status as there was a delay, so appreciated! The hotel itself is very clean with nice decor!
We had a wonderful 4-day, 3-night stay at Park Inn by Radisson Luxembourg City. We booked two rooms for our family of 5 adults and 2 children, and I would like to commend the exceptional cleanliness and orderliness of both rooms throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ms. Amor from the housekeeping team, who was on duty during the entire duration of our visit. She maintained our rooms to the highest standard every single day. On our second day, my children accidentally ate on one of the beds, and Ms. Amor went above and beyond by changing the linens and duvet. Not all hotels provide that level of service, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Every time we returned to our rooms after a full day of touring, they were spotless and felt as fresh as if we had just checked in. It made us feel completely at home. The hotel's location is also excellent. The bus stop is only about 50 meters away, the train station is within walking distance, and there are plenty of parking spaces nearby. A big salute to the housekeeping team, and especially to Ms. Amor, for making our stay so comfortable. Park Inn is very fortunate to have her on their staff. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Luxembourg. Highly recommended!
Stayed for four nights as a couple. I opted to spend a bit more than I normally would for the hotel as my fiancé is pregnant, so comfort was paramount. Comfort was exactly what we received! The beds were large and soft, there was a nice comfortable lounge chair, and the rooms were fairly spacious. The shower was excellent too, as there were two different shower settings to suit your needs! No bath in our room, but as we're getting up and go people there wasn't a need for one. Service was very good, rooms were cleaned daily, and when was asked for extra pillows due to pregnancy they were happily provided. Short walk to the central station, tram and bus stops just over the road, and a 10/15 minutes walk to the city centre/old town.
