Lovely gym! Super clean all the time and highly professional staff. The environment is great and comfortable for everyone to feel welcomed. The machine are always up to date and the highest quality I have ever seen compared to commercial gyms. 1000/10 overall experience!!!
4.5 stars, rounder up to 5. High quality equipment, place is extremely clean and well maintained. They have almost any piece of bodybuilding/weightlifting equipment you could want. Cons - Week pass seems very reasonable, but day pass is a little steep. - could use a little more floor space for stretching or exercises where you need a little more open space "Maybes" - primarily remote access. Makes for easy 24 hour access but not sure how you'd get help if you needed it. I've never had problems though No deal breakers there, though! Overall, it's a great gym, will probably be my go to when I'm visiting Lynchburg!
Amazing gym when I signed up for the $1 student month. Despite this, I’m frustrated because I got charged for 2 months because I forgot to cancel and was not refunded my $90 despite never using the gym once during those times. Refund policy is not professional; any other gym would offer a refund if needed
The gym was trying to scam me into being locked in to a membership. I tried to do the "Cancel ANYTIME" membership where your first month is a dollar. I wanted to cancel after a few weeks, which I thought I could do ANYTIME. I tried to on the app but it wouldn't let me, so I talked with 3 staff members and the owner. The 3 staff kind of made fun of me lowkey, and the owner told me I couldn't cancel yet and had to pay for more months at full price first?? They either don't know what 'anytime' means or they are lying to get people locked into a hard to cancel membership. Very shady and all the staff were just flat out mean. Gym was aight.
I signed up for a $1 trial month and was not allowed to cancel until I paid $60 for the 2nd month. This wasn't a misunderstanding. Every ad, the contract, their website and the signup screen all say "cancel anytime." I spoke directly with the owner in person, who confirmed I could cancel by a specific date with no $60 charge. I have a voice recording of this conversation. When that date came, there was no option to cancel online. I called the store three times — no answer. I visited in person four times afterwards. Employees had no idea where the owner was and couldn't help me. I eventually noticed that the cancellation option only appears online after you pay the $60. Conveniently hidden until they get your money. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. Looking at other reviews, I'm not the only one this has happened to. The gym is also not that great. Its a completely average and kind of small gym. Not worth 60 bucks at all that's why I wanted to cancel. The front desk staff were also dismissive and unhelpful throughout this entire process. I have recordings and screenshots of everything too.
Sunday: open 24 hours. It is closed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Hours come from the gym's Google listing and can change on public holidays.
