Amazing! I needed an ab bench, and wow, they were so helpful and detailed. I didn't know anything about muscle groups or anything like that... and they were incredibly helpful. To top it off, the manager himself helped me—a man with a deep understanding of human anatomy. We need more places with people like him! He explained everything about my ab bench in detail. If you're going to buy anything there, you should bring a notebook to jot down all the secrets to getting the most out of your machine. 100% recommended.
